Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We
accept payment via: Visa, Mastercard, Diners & American Express. Please
be aware that you may attract a minor surcharge when paying
by Diners or American Express. There is no surcharge for
Visa or Mastercard.
Q. Can I pay by cheque or Money Order?
A. Yes
you can. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase
and have progressed to the payment page, select the ’pay by cheque option’.
You will then need to print out the ‘pay by cheque’ instruction
sheet & order form. Once you have completed the order
form simply mail it back to us accompanied with your cheque
or money order.
Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
A. Typically allow up to 30 days for your
order to be delivered. We will however do our utmost to
get your order to you sooner than this.
Q. If I pay by cheque or money order will my
product take any longer to deliver?
A. Yes your order will be delayed as we
will wait for your cheque or money order to arrive, we
then require an additional 10 days for it to clear before
we can process your order. Therefore please allow an additional
10 days for your order to arrive.
Q. I ordered a product and it has not arrived,
who should I call?
A. Firstly check that your product is
not being held at your local Post Office. Otherwise please
allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive, if it has
not arrived after this time & you have not been
notified of any delays by us already then please call 1300
788 806 to speak to our customer service team. They are
open from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST only.
Q. How will my order be delivered to me?
A. Most of our parcels are delivered via
Australia Post to ensure that the cost is kept to a minimum
on your order.
Q. I am not satisfied with my product and I
want to return it, what should I do?
A. If you are not satisfied with your
order you may return it to us if it is within the 30 day
money back guarantee period. Please check the date on your
invoice sent with your order to ensure that you are within
this period. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns outside
this period.
Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?
A. Typically allow 30 days for your refund
to appear on your credit card statement, we will always
do our utmost to get your refund to you sooner.
Q. Why was I not refunded the original postage
and handling cost of my order when I returned my product?
A. If for any reason you decide to return
your product for a refund we are unable to refund the original
postage and handling charge under any circumstances. This
is due to costs we have incurred picking, packing and posting
your order to you.
