This Policy is intended to inform you about your rights and inform you about the types of information we collect from you and the way we intend to use it.

When you call our call centre or contact us to order products, we require information from you.  The usual information we collect is your name, address, shipping address if it is different to your home address, and your contact number. 

From time to time we may use contractors or other parties to collect or deliver your order to you.  We will provide your name and shipping details to these contractors or third parties.  Anyone to whom we provide your personal information is required to protect the information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

If you pay by credit card then you will provide us with your credit card details so we can process your order.  We do not disclose your credit card information to anyone unless we are required to do so by law, for example in response to a court order, a subpoena, or to law enforcement agencies.

We may provide your customer information, but not your credit card details, to third parties who may wish to market products or services to you.  You may opt out of receiving this information by calling us on 1300 788 806 We will send you a form to complete so that you do not receive marketing information from third parties.

STORAGE

We will store your personal information for the period required by law.  If you need to return any products you ordered or want to order other products in the future, then we can retrieve your information to make the process faster.  Your information is protected and cannot be accessed by unauthorised personnel.
